About Mark
I was born and raised in the Niagara Region. My father had his own business building and crafting high-quality custom cabinets and kitchens. I learned a great deal from him and his work, from the importance of integrity when running a business to how to treat clients/customers.
After high school, I strayed from the family business and spent ten years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Reservist, where countless values, attributes, and morals were instilled in me. This also helped shape a strong work ethic.
After this, I worked in concrete/reinforcing steel during which my lovely wife Ashley and I had two wonderful children Timothy and Margaret. Shortly after my son’s first birthday, I realized my current career was taking me away from my family. This drove me to utilize my college education in marketing and sales to start my own business. Now utilizing a lot of the same skills and work ethic from my time in the cabinet industry and Armed Forces I have started Progressus Residential. A full-service cleaning and repair company focused on customer relationships, integrity, and quality workmanship. Offering services in a wide variety of areas to suit each and every customer we work with.
